The ULI Greater Bay Area Organizing Committee recently held industry roundtable discussions and networking sessions on green and sustainable real estate technology in Shenzhen, under the theme of “Green and Sustainable Real Estate Technology.
On August 25 at the Shenzhen Innopace office, ULI in conjunction with Shui On Innospace and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) hosted a round table discussion on the topic of “Green Innovation – The Future of the Bay Area”. Participating bodies included Hon Kwok Center, Kailong, GLP, ShuiOn Real Estate,ShuiOn Xintiandi, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Shenzhen Institute of Collaborative Innovation, along with our other eco-partners share and exchange their experiences and challenges on the road to green sustainable development, “from new opportunities for green sustainable development in the Greater Bay Area cities, green construction to empower urban From different perspectives, such as new opportunities for green and sustainable development in cities in the Greater Bay Area, green construction for innovative development, and exploration of green and sustainable development from industry, academia and research, keynote speeches will be delivered to build a green and sustainable innovation ecology.
Subsequently, on September 1st, the “Greater Bay Area Real Estate Green Sustainability Networking Event” was successfully held at Guangzhou Yuexiu New Metropolis Building, hosted by Kailong. Hosted by Kailong, the event invited JLL, InnoSpace Greater Bay Area, and B4B’s green real estate technology entrepreneurial team to exchange and discuss how to promote green and sustainable development of cities and buildings from cities, buildings, non-profit organizations, business incubators, etc., in the hope that this will continue to promote green and sustainable innovation ecology in the Greater Bay Area and help the future of the cities in the Greater Bay Area.
