Net Zero Imperative
ULI Beijing is participating in the ULI Net Zero Imperative to show how decarbonization can be achieved across a variety of actual existing commercial buildings in the Beijing central business district (CBD). This will serve as a roadmap to achieve net zero in a cost-effective way, using actual assets volunteered by local members as the basis for analysis and evaluation. The City of Beijing will be able to apply these decarbonization strategies to the commercial building stock across the city to scale the solutions for a roadmap to net zero.
The webinars will introduce the ULI Net Zero Imperative (NZI) as well as provide an overview of various global climate policies and trends that could serve as inspirations for the local market. The webinars will explore the real estate perspective regarding these policies and provide examples of how cities are tackling achieving net zero.
