Eli Konvitz is an expert in sustainability and urban development with experience on five continents. He consults on urban development projects, policy, strategy and innovation, adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong, and Vice-Chair of ULI Hong Kong. Previously Eli was Director of Atkins' Planning and Urban Design practice in South East Asia and Net Zero leader for Asia; Asia Practice Lead for Consulting, Strategy and Advisory; and Chair of Atkins' Urban Planning Global Network. Prior to joining Atkins, he was at Arup in London and co-founder of startup localCarbon. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts, member of the Pacific Basin Economic Council and the Advisory Board of AMRACE in Malaysia, and sits on the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design’s Public Affairs and International and Mainland Affairs Committees. Lawrence Lennon is a Director in CBRE Vietnam’s Capital Markets team. Before joining CBRE Vietnam he maintained the role of Managing Director of CBRE Cambodia prior to which he worked in the real estate sector in the UK, Mongolia and Myanmar. Nicholas Brooke who has lived in Hong Kong for the last 40 years is a Chartered Surveyor by profession and the Chairman of Professional Property Services Limited which is a specialist consultancy, based in Hong Kong, providing a selected range of advisory services across the Asia Pacific Region. He is a recognized authority on land administration and planning matters and is very much involved with a series of initiatives designed to improve the quality of life in Hong Kong and to enhance the built environment for the benefit of future generations. Mr. Brooke was the Chairman of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Asia Pacific from 2017-2021, of which he is also a Lifetime Trustee. Mr. Brooke is also a keen advocate of the importance of innovation and technology here in Hong Kong and was closely involved with the establishment of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, joining the Board in May 2001 and leading the development of all three phases of Hong Kong Science Park until he stepped down as Chairman in June 2014. Mr. Brooke is also the immediate past Chairman of the Hong Kong Harbourfront Commission and led a series of initiatives to enhance the Victoria Harbour waterfront. He is the Deputy Chairman of the Town Planning Board as well as being a former member of the Hong Kong Housing Authority. Mr. Brooke is the Principal Advisor to the APEC Policy Partnership on Science, Technology and Innovation (PPSTI) which provides guidance to APEC and its 21 member economies on the priorities and projects to be pursued in responding to the challenges faced in the current rapidly changing world, largely in the fields of science, technology and innovation. As President of AmCham China from 2016 to 2022, Beebe spearheaded strategic initiatives to foster robust U.S.-China commercial ties and enable foreign corporations, including American Fortune 500 companies, to thrive and prosper in China. Edwin Chee is Chief Operating Officer of SLP. In this role, he closely collaborates with SLP’s Board of Management, providing strategic leadership and driving operational excellence. In addition to leading and managing the Project Management, Commercial, and Property Management departments as Edwin’s primary focus, he actively involves and leads inter-departmental initiatives and coordination to maximize SLP’s management bandwidth and outreach. Dr Limin Hee is Director of Research at Singapore’s Centre for Liveable Cities (CLC), a nexus and knowledge centre for liveable and sustainable cities, where she focuses on research strategies, content development and international collaborations. Under Dr Hee’s leadership, CLC Research spearheads forward-looking studies that consider how cities can prepare for the future and thrive in the face of driving forces such as resource shifts, the push for net-zero cities, ageing societies, and new ways of live-work-play. She is also the project lead for collaborative research projects to promote thoughtful planning and design to enhance liveability in cities, and on how cities can make the necessary urban transformation, as well as enabling new work-live-play models. She played similar leading research roles at the National University of Singapore School of Design and Environment, as well as at the Centre for Sustainable Asian Cities and the Asia Research Institute. Dr Hee’s individual research focuses on urban liveability and sustainability and their agenda for architecture, urbanism and public space. She has been the recipient of several accolades and her work on cities has been widely published, including in international refereed journals and architectural reviews. Her recent books include A City in Blue and Green: A Singapore Story (Springer: 2019 - forthcoming), Constructing Singapore Public Space (Springer: 2016) and Future Asian Space (NUS Press: 2012). She obtained her Doctor of Design from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, where she has been invited to speak as a notable alumnus. She obtained her Master of Arts (Architecture) as well as her professional degree in Architecture, for which she received top honours, from the National University of Singapore.

Dr Lee Nai Jia is the Head of Real Estate Intelligence, Data and Software Solutions at PropertyGuru Group. His team conducts research on megatrends, sustainability and regional real estate market trends. Recent publications and innovations from his team include an ESG framework that helps firms manage commercial and ESG objectives and the Liveability Index. He also actively participates in both academic and applied research projects at the Institute. Stefano is an Italian architect with nearly two decades of expertise in mixed-use developments, master planning, civic architecture, urban design, and interior design. Dzung Do Nguyen is an expert in city planning and design with 15 years of experience in plan-making and implementation in fast-growing regions and emerging cities in Asia. He has explored new frontiers in urban innovations with the aim of providing market-responsive, context-sensitive and implementation-ready urban solutions. His works focuses on comprehensive city development strategies, economic zone developments, water-sensitive urban designs, transit-oriented developments and new township planning. Between 2013 and 2022 Eli was Director of Atkins' Planning and Urban Design practice in Hong Kong and South East Asia and Net Zero leader for Asia; Regional Practice Lead for Consulting, Strategy and Advisory; and chair of Atkins' Urban Planning Global Network. Prior to joining Atkins, Eli was at Arup in London and co-founder of startup localCarbon. Eli is vice-chair of ULI Hong Kong and member-at-large of the ULI Asia Pacific Executive Committee, a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design’s Council and public affairs and international and mainland affairs committees, and was previously chair of the International Infrastructure Forum's net zero working group at the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. A graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, Eli is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts.

Dzung Do Nguyen is an expert in city planning and design with 15 years of experience in plan-making and implementation in fast-growing regions and emerging cities in Asia. He has explored new frontiers in urban innovations with the aim of providing market-responsive, context-sensitive and implementation-ready urban solutions. His works focuses on comprehensive city development strategies, economic zone developments, water-sensitive urban designs, transit-oriented developments and new township planning. He has led the master plan for 6 cities and regions in Asia and is currently working on Ho Chi Minh city master plan. Dzung is the CEO of enCity Urban Solutions, an innovative planning consultant based in Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia. He also teaches a graduate urban planning studio at National University of Singapore.

He also leads cross-functional teams in providing integrated services and sustainable solutions for large, complex and multidisciplinary projects across Asia, among them high-density masterplans for new towns and regeneration of existing urban landscapes that have drawn on sustainable and smart themes. As a highly regarded thought leader in the planning community, he actively speaks on land development at conferences and events throughout Asia and North America. Razvan I. Ghilic-Micu leads Commercial Architecture at Hassell Singapore and has two decades of professional experience in Singapore, Shanghai, New York City and Toronto. He brings to the table a global mindset with a keen understanding of our local and regional context, having worked on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors. Outside of practice, he is active in the Singapore Institute of Architects as the Chief Editor of The Singapore Architect (TSA) Magazine and was the 2021 Archifest Festival Director. Recently he has led a Studio Design Unit at the National University of Singapore, where he sits on the M.Arch thesis jury.

Eric Schaffer is an operational real estate executive with expertise in property technology and innovation. His Asia Pacific-focused business has three main areas: investing, advisory, and venture building. This is informed by a 15-year multi-disciplinary career spent in commercial real estate, including over 9 years investing in Vietnam. He has led more than $2B USD of direct and indirect real estate transactions. He is the former regional CEO at essensys, a global proptech firm, and previously held leadership positions at WeWork and Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and Shanghai. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and BA from Emory University.

Theresa is the Co-Regional Managing Principal of Gensler’s Asia Pacific and Middle East (APME) region. Previously, she spent 28 years in Gensler’s DC office, seven of which she spent as Co-Managing Director of that office, working on some of the firm’s most complex international architecture and interior design projects. She is known for being a strategic advisor, leading client and consultant teams in tackling the challenges facing our cities across the globe. Theresa is a proponent of sustainable design and is adept at developing high-performance design solutions that use leading technology to reduce energy use and mitigate negative effects on the environment. A fellow of the AIA, Theresa’s portfolio spans notable international projects in the areas of hospitality, corporate headquarters and education, among others. Theresa serves as a member of Gensler’s Board of Directors and a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Urban Land Institute.

Mr. Vo Sy Nhan is taking leading roles as a local professional developer as well as a real estate fund manager. He is an active member of the Young President Organization and a Harvard Business School alumnus. Mr. Nhan is the CEO/ Co-Founder, and Managing Principal of Gaw NP Industrial with $200 million USD investment Capital for Industrial Estates. Prior to joining the private sector, Nhan had worked for the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City as a public servant. After 8 long years of contributing to the city, Nhan returned to the Private sector. Throughout the years, he successfully structured and executed deals for international quality real estate properties such as The Estella, Saigon OneHub, and Empire City. A highlight of his career was the acquisition of the Vietnam Real Estate Portfolio from Indochina Land, including Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa and Indochina Plaza Hanoi. Lastly, Nhan was the co-founder and Chairman of Naked Hub Vietnam JV that later acquired by WeWork strategically. Nhan graduated from Deakin University (Australia) in 1999 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing. He earned an MBA from Maastricht School of Management in the field of Strategic Management in 2004.
